Chef Paul Kearnan has held numerous positions in the restaurant industry, most recently as Head Chef at “The Pepper Lounge” where he regularly attained high ratings for both quality & cleaniness. He has now teamed up with twin brother Jim in this new venture at the Jindalee Golf Club. Their team includes right hand man Sean Sutcliffe & apprentice Nick Heuffel. Front house mainstay, Nicole Fisher, who is well known to Patrons for her efficiency & friendliness, will continue in that position.
